So far, no sign of the pox. After being exposed two weeks ago, the boys both have colds, but no pox. Hopefully we’re in the clear!

We reached a milestone this weekend – for the first time in 3 1/2 years, we bought just one kind of milk at the store. Sam’s allergies had meant that we had gone from rice milk to soy milk to lactose-free milk in an attempt to find what was giving him gastro issues. We still think that it was something to do with sugars, especially given his troubles with high fructose corn syrup. But he’s been handling increased amounts of cheese and yogurt without any troubles for the past year or so, so we’re trying 1% milk-milk for both Sam and Ben. Yeah, nice not to be spending $6/gallon for Lactaid milk!
