Essay question: The Marriage of Christ

Essay question:

In Genesis 2:24, it is written: “That is why a man leaves his father and mother and attaches himself to his wife, and the two become one.” In Revelation 21:9b, it is written: “‘Come,’ he said, and I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.’

Regardless of your interpretation of who “the bride” is and when the marriage of the Lamb and New Jerusalem has occurred, is occurring or will occur, please comment on the implications to the Trinity by the Lamb/Christ leaving his father, God, and becoming one with His bride.
