My turn for show and tell

Nick Norelli at Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth has called for bloggers everywhere to “to take pictures of their bookshelves or desks and show everyone what they are reading at the moment or about to read in the near future.”

My photos are below; what I’m actively reading is documented on the “bookshelf” tab of this blog.

A little bit of overlap between shots, but you get the picture… for details on any title, see my LibraryThing page.

(Yes, volume 1 of Barclay’s The Gospel of John is missing from the middle photo, but rest assured that it was returned to its rightful place.)

I like your selection of Bibles. You’ve got a few I hope to pick up later this year. I’ve also been reading through Mere Christianity for the first time this week, think I’m on ch. 6 now. One of these days I’ll get around to photographing my bookshelf, but then I’d have to start up another blog to post them in I suppose.

  • Words wither and blogs fade away…

Forgive me if you’ve heard this song before, but I've decided to stop blogging at He is Sufficient. I truly appreciate all of the wit, wisdom and words of faith that you have shared with me over the past few years. I wish you well in all of your endeavors, whatever they may be and wherever they may lead you. “God is sufficient for the needs of His people”. Amen!
